We are excited to introduce Dynamic Workflows for our Business Verification (KYB) product. This feature is designed to automate the onboarding journey by routing your customers to the most appropriate verification flow based on their specific profile and risk level.
What’s new? Previously, partners had to manually select which KYB workflow to send to a client. With the new Dynamic Workflows, you can now build a pre-verification questionnaire that automatically triggers a specific workflow based on the user’s answers.
Key capabilities:

Smart Routing Logic: Create custom questionnaires with multiple question types (select, country pickers, radio buttons, etc.). You can assign “weights” to each answer to calculate a total risk score or use “Instant Triggers” for immediate routing.

Instant Triggers: Set high-priority rules – such as specific country selections – to bypass score calculations and send a client directly to a dedicated workflow.

Streamlined Management: Access the new “Dynamic Workflows” tab under your Configuration settings to create, edit, or duplicate your flows.

Full Customization: All dynamic questionnaires support multi-language translations, ensuring a localized experience for your global clients.
