Arabic Language Support for Identity Verification

← Back to changelog

We’ve expanded language support in our Identity Verification (IDV) flow by introducing Arabic localization, making the verification experience more accessible for Arabic-speaking users worldwide.

With this update, users can now select Arabic as their preferred language and complete the entire verification process in a fully localized environment. The interface has also been adapted to support right-to-left (RTL) layouts, ensuring a natural and intuitive user experience.

What’s new?
  • Added Arabic language as a selectable option in the IDV language switcher.
  • Fully translated all user-facing content throughout the verification flow.
  • Implemented RTL (right-to-left) support across the entire interface.
  • Optimized UI elements, forms, buttons, and navigation for Arabic language usage.
  • Ensured a consistent experience across both mobile and desktop devices.
Benefits

This enhancement improves accessibility for Arabic-speaking users, reduces friction during identity verification, and helps businesses offer a more localized onboarding experience to customers in Arabic-speaking markets. As part of our ongoing commitment to global accessibility, we continue expanding language support to help users complete verification processes in the language they are most comfortable with.
