Configurable Representative Requirements in KYB

We’ve enhanced KYB workflow customization by introducing the ability to define whether the Representative step is optional or mandatory. This update gives businesses greater control over their onboarding requirements, ensuring that representative information is collected whenever it is required by internal policies, regulatory obligations, or operational processes.

What’s new?

• Configure the Representative step as either Optional or Required within KYB workflows.
• When marked as optional, the verification flow continues to support the existing user choice regarding representative information.
• When marked as required, representative details must be provided before the onboarding process can continue.
• Validation has been improved to ensure all required representative information is submitted before completion.
